I am writing this letter to express how truly impressed I have been with Stephen DeBaise as my property manager. Stephen took over as property manager when my landlord moved out of state.
As a tenant, I have been absolutely astounded by the prompt action Stephen takes even for minor problems and the thorough job he does. He has a user-friendly website to pay rent or submit any repair requests and is always easy to reach by phone.
Aside from being very professional, he is also very personable and takes the time to listen. For example, I have been extremely concerned with the rise in oil prices and the drafts in my rental home. Stephen took the time to inspect all of the draft areas and assured me he would find a way to fix them. Also, during my quarterly inspection, he found a faulty carbon monoxide detector and ran right out to the store to buy a new one. These are only two examples of the many wonderful things Stephen has done since taking over as our property manager.
As a single mom with a toddler, it is very comforting to know that he has and will address any problems. Stephen is a dependable and very hard-working man. I am so grateful to have his support and highly recommend him to any prospective clients.
