Andrea “Mandie” Méndez serves as an Assistant Community Manager at Insight Real Estate & Management, supporting the day-to-day management and communication needs of our condominium and community associations. Her responsibilities include preparing meeting agendas and notices, coordinating violation and hearing communications, assisting with Board and unit owner meetings, and supporting the many administrative details that keep our communities running smoothly.
Mandie genuinely enjoys helping people and finding solutions that make a meaningful difference. Known for her empathy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills, she approaches each interaction with patience, understanding, and a willingness to help.
Mandie believes that even something as simple as a smile can make people feel comfortable, heard, and welcome. She understands that residents and Board members often reach out to management because they need guidance or assistance, and she strives to make every interaction a positive and productive experience.
